About The Position

This role will support our 18-month capacity planning process and provide input into key monthly S&OP GPS deliverables. This role will engage with other key functions such as manufacturing, supply planning, finance, materials and demand planning to ensure we have a resilient plan to deliver the required capacity to support fill rate targets, cost targets and growth/innovation plans. This role will conduct sourcing optimization and capacity strategy activities across the manufacturing network. Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Project, Brand, and Finance teams to develop sourcing strategies, support innovation commercialization, optimize network performance, and ensure reliable product supply while balancing capacity utilization, inventory, and cost objectives. This role will support strategic projects, network transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain, business or related subjects- will consider work experience in lieu of
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within CPG or food industries
  • Experience using ERP/MRP, PBI, Excel and advanced planning systems
  • Experience with 09, SAP and Power BI strongly preferred
  • Certified by APICS, Certified Production Inventory Manager (CPIM) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understand supply chain planning practices and impact of key inputs such as forecast accuracy, production reliability, desired fill rate and costs
  • Ability to work with internal teams to automate, simplify and improve processes
  • Ability to plan/communicate/present and execute programs and influence multi-disciplinary Supply Chain stakeholders to enable success
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a cross functional matrix environment where responsibilities are layered throughout the organization
  • Ability to create metrics, perform analyses and create reporting independently, with minimal IT resources
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to champion change throughout the organization
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
  • Curious, persistent and embrace a continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and develop positive working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
