Supply Network Operations Planners are vital to the success of our business at P&G. From Day 1, you will be accountable for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes, as well as being accountable for results. This role involves owning the development of timely and accurate plans and schedules for the sourcing, production, and shipment of materials and product at P&G. From the beginning, you will have a high level of impact on cost, cash, and service results for your designated operation. You would be responsible for using global standard functionality and work processes to develop timely and accurate schedules for finished products and any other level of the supply network. Key tasks may include Master Data setup, short- and long-term production scheduling, demand planning and volume forecasting, capacity planning, communicating with external partners, and driving supply network improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-5 years of experience in supply chain management or business administration
  • Basic to advanced experience in excel with pivot table knowledge
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, keyboarding, and databases.
  • Experienced in other Microsoft Office software including Word for Windows and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of maneuvering through Windows environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration or relevant degree
  • Power Bi, Knime, etc (other data platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Owning various aspects of the planning process including setting-up, monitoring and adjusting settings and plan to optimize results.
  • Utilize technical mastery and problem-solving skills to report and analyze key performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.
  • Anticipate business questions and opportunities to deliver insights to the work process improvements.
  • Identify, define, prevent, and resolve routine problems and executes systematic solutions.
