Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two – five years of related supply/warehouse experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities required
  • Knowledge of ES-S
  • Knowledgeable of applicable procedures, manuals and technical orders, and other publications necessary for operation of supply complex and interfaces of other systems affecting supply support
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulatory standards
  • Basic proficiency with personal computer operations and Microsoft Office suite
  • Certified in storage, handling, packaging, and shipment of HAZMAT in accordance with dangerous good regulations for surface and air shipments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government National Agency Check (NAC) clearance and/or security clearance if required.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record pertinent to this position.
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
  • US. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees DoD supplies and equipment.
  • Monitors TOs for change.
  • Acts as the materiel management liaison and equipment accountability authority for wing customers and conducts customer surveys.
  • Leads and furnishes technical guidance and direction to the workforce for Supply processes.
  • Responsible for work distribution and accomplishment.
  • Advises management of work backlogs or problems impacting their work areas.
  • Point of contact point for customer inquiries and technical research.
  • Provides the Supply Chain Manager with the capability to identify deficiencies in the account through statistical trend and problem analysis.
  • Obtains and analyzes statistical data to determine the effectiveness of the supply account.
  • Identifies deficiencies and recommends related analysis projects.
  • Provides advice and training to other Supply employees in their work area and customers regarding supply processes.
  • May perform duties as Chief Inspector.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Accountable to the Program Manager for accomplishing all functions and tasks required to perform duties stated herein.
  • Timely, accurate, cost-effective performance of duties

  • Working closely and harmoniously with other employees, subordinates, subcontractors and the customer
