About The Position

The Supply Future Leaders program is crafted to fast-track the careers of future leaders, allowing recent graduates to gain exposure to a variety of roles and challenges in one of our Breweries across Canada. In the Supply Future Leaders Program, you can experience robust training and development to learn several facets of our Brewery Operations, as well as obtain critical leadership skills before placement into a front-line managerial position to kick-start your journey toward being a future leader of our Supply organization. Continued virtual and classroom training, senior leadership mentorship and exposure, and on-the-job learning are just a fraction of what you will experience during your first 12-months with the Company as part of the Program. We value curious and ambitious people who are open to embracing opportunities in different locations across our company. Program participants will be placed at a Brewery Operations facilities for the duration. Our Supply Future Leaders Program participants will be members of the plant leadership team and play a key role in the day-to-day production operations for an assigned area and shift.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and eligible to relocate. Relocation support may apply depending on location.
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Must have the ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand for long periods of time, and work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in Engineering, Science, or Environmental/Safety is preferred.
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • No formal work experience is required. Previous internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of themselves and others on the production floor, maintaining compliance with all Labatt policies and upholding quality standards of our products.
  • Effectively utilize data analysis and other lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and enhance product/process efficiency.
  • Take on extensive training to detect systematic issues using visual or oral methods from machines or equipment, and discuss operations with maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines. This includes working with pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and various packaging equipment used in the beer-making process.
  • Play a key role in the day-to-day production operations for an assigned area and shift.
  • Lead teams and/or execute operational processes, and learn the business hands-on.
