About The Position

Seeking a full-time Supply Chain Warehouse Lead to work in our materials distribution center. This dayshift position will work 80 hours bi-weekly and includes every other weekend. The WH Supply Chain Lead provides general direction, oversight and responsible for the day-to-day coordination of workflow for off-site warehouse techs and clerks. Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills required.
Must have ability to produce accurate work while frequently interrupted.
Demonstrated organization skills.
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver’s license (must be able to provide proof of insurance).
A minimum of three years previous experience as a Distribution Tech required.
Previous experience with computer software such as Meditech, Outlook, Active Staffer/Report Express and Net Learning.

Responsibilities

Responsible for distributing supplies, including linens.
Responsible for filling in for Dist/Rec techs as needed in Receiving of supplies and placing orders for supplies at the discretion of Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsible for daily/weekly cycle counting of inventory.
Follows up on deliver request with courier service to ensure deliveries are made in timely manner.
Trained and demonstrates competence in the operation of equipment including, but not limited to, forklift and pallet jack.
Drives organization vehicles as needed.
