About The Position

The RMS F-35 Global Supply Chain & Depot Operations team is seeking a Logistic Analyst to support Non-Air Vehicle warehouse operations for product lines including Support Equipment (SE), Training (TE), Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE), and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS). This role ensures world-class support from the F-35 Sustainment Support group to their respective systems. The position involves working side by side with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management and a designated third-party logistics provider to support the F-35 Global Spares Pool and Site Activation Projects. Requirements

  • Ability to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance
  • U. S. Citizenship required
  • Must have a sense of urgency and attention to detail to accomplish task in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working knowledge and experience with warehouse operations
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Capable of working as team to gather and analyze data and to accomplish complex tasks
  • Must be able to multi-task and be able to adapt to dynamic environment in a sustainment operations field
  • Ability to lift items up to 35 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and other Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of Supply Chain concepts, procurement, MRP/ERP, transportation, shipping, or business processes/concepts
  • Working knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such has SAP
  • Familiarization with Data Management Solutions and Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Support Non-Air Vehicle warehouse operations on the following product lines: Support Equipment (SE), Training (TE), Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE), Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
  • Help to ensure world-class support is provided by F-35 Sustainment Support group to their respective systems
  • Integrate efforts surrounding all Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Review, Inspection Requests, Property Management Functions
  • Work side by side with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management and the designated third party logistics provider in support of the F-35 Global Spares Pool and Site Activation Projects
  • Physically coordinate movement of material in and out of proper warehouse locations
