Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager
About The Position
Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager in Franklin, TN. This role involves collaborating with global and regional digital teams to develop and execute the regional Logistics digital transformation strategy. The Program Manager will manage the complete project lifecycle using GSC project methodologies and tools, including iProject. Key responsibilities include comprehensive resource planning, risk mitigation, and applying change management principles. The role requires assessing the impact of changes, identifying potential risks, and developing training programs to support transitions. Additionally, the Program Manager will prepare project governance, communication plans, and lead project gate reviews with sponsors and stakeholders. Specific program and project areas may include GCS Digital Programs (Last Mile, Lean Office), Evolution of Logistics Control Towers (Aveva platform), implementation of DC Digital Twins (Augmented reality, Extended XR, VR), introduction of AI into Control Towers, and automation of Logistics System Monitoring. The role also involves planning and supporting the recruitment of future digital talents and upskilling the current team to create a network of Logistics CoMET Digital Experts. Establishing and animating regional program governance and communications with internal stakeholders, including defining business requirements, is also a key part of the position. This position is remote eligible up to 3 days/week.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (5 years with Master’s or 7 years with Bachelor’s) in digital supply chain program management or related occupation.
- Supporting master data, configuration and ERP integration using: SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle.
- Drafting clear business case summaries that are validated with relevant departments (e.g., Finance) to justify spending, assess scenarios, and guide business decisions.
- Using AI (Artificial Intelligence), Power BI, Cloud, ERP, IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things), and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to improve processes.
- Program Management including cost reduction, service optimization, and operation optimization.
- Process Improvement methodologies including: Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S.
- Data Analytics using Power BI or Tableau to simplify complex data for critical business decisions.
Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive resource planning and risk mitigation, while applying adoption of change principles.
- Assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks, and develop training programs to support the transition.
- Prepare project governance, communication and lead project gate reviews with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Orchestrate and support programs and projects which may include: GCS Digital Programs including Last Mile and Lean Office; Evolution of the Logistics Control Towers using the Aveva platform; Implement DC Digital Twins exploring Augmented reality Extended XR and VR; Introduction of AI into Control Towers; and Automate Logistics System Monitoring.
- Plan and support recruitment of future digital talents and upskill the current team’s digital acumen to create a network of Logistics CoMET Digital Experts.
- Establish and animate regional program Governance and Communications with internal stakeholders including the definition of business requirements.
