About The Position

A Supply Chain Technician who excels in this role performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory and adjusts inventory records as needed. They stock units with office and medical supplies and prepare requisitions to maintain par levels. This role involves receiving shipments, logging receipts, entering data into the inventory system, delivering items to departments or other facilities, and reporting/documenting errors or damages to management. Additionally, the technician answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally, routing calls/messages appropriately. They also complete clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery and process outgoing mail. The role may involve other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Responsibilities

• Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
• Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.
• Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
• Processes outgoing mail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
