Requirements

Applicants should have critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be able to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.
Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
Processes outgoing mail.
