SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNICIAN - DESERT VIEW HOSPITAL (FULL-TIME)
About The Position
Desert View Hospital is a 25-bed, acute care hospital set in a rural community. Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. We provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Description: Provides inventory management services, picking of supply order, delivery, and stocking of assigned supply areas. Manages inventory levels, identifies product needs on the units, and works with clinical staff to ensure supply needs are met and delivered to the unit.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowlege of Microsoft Office
- Projects a positive attitude, demonstrated teamwork competencies, and a strong work ethic
- Able to maintain proper min/max levels for the storeroom
- Ability to read and analyze packing lists and use third party vendor freight program
- Effective written and verbal communication
