About The Position

DPP is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry. This is a 12-month W2 contract position, to be performed onsite in Ogden, UT. The role involves supporting and assisting activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process, providing technical, tactical, and execution support in various aspects of industry-standard supply chain business processes, primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Business Operations. Employees in this role are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials, as well as administrative, technical, tactical, and execution support in areas like the Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations. Key duties include the manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment, performing a combination of manual and clerical duties that may involve hand trucks, forklifts, and computer applications for data processing and maintenance. Responsibilities also include verifying material quantity, weight, and conformance, preparing shipping records and bills of lading, routing materials, and pulling and assembling kits according to schedules for delivery to the shop floor.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1-year additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Advance experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions.
  • Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
  • Forklift/Reach lift experience.

Responsibilities

  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.
