About The Position

The Supply Chain Tech I assists the Supply Chain Supervisor in organizing and maintaining supply rooms. The role delivers supplies, maintains par levels, fills requisitions, and responds to requests while providing optimal service to customers. The position supports supply inventory accuracy, restocking and rotating inventory, conducting counts, and maintaining clean and orderly stock locations. It also supports inventory levels in third-party systems or Lawson Par locations, provides basic troubleshooting for automated inventory management systems, and processes shipments for stocking or delivery. The Supply Chain Tech I may also assist with packing case carts as needed and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must keep abreast of current trends and changes related to technology within healthcare.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of Supply Chain-related experience preferred.
Team Management and/or Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the accurate maintenance of supply inventory.
Restock shelves daily.
Rotate inventory.
Perform cycle counts or other inventories.
Notify the Supervisor of outdated or slow-moving inventory.
Support and maintain inventory levels for third-party system or Lawson Par locations.
Provide basic troubleshooting for automated inventory management systems.
Maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
Maintain a professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA.
Process shipments for stocking or delivery.
Perform basic Lawson functions and use the facility's third-party system.
Assist with packing case carts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
