The Team As part of the Manufacturing organization, Procurement secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations. The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance. The Role Own the strategy, architecture, governance and integration of Valar's supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, ...) to support NPI, scale and growth phases. Define and enforce data governance standards (Item master, BOM, supplier records) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditability across the supply chain. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes. Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting. Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity.
