Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
SAP Experience
DFAR and FAR Experience
Experience managing subcontractors cost and schedule
3+ years of professional experience

Responsibilities

Perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior.
Manage one of Lockheed Martin's Strategic Suppliers/Partners for major system procurements.
Manage cradle to grave procurement and supply chain activities.
Lead multi-functional subcontract management teams.
Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production, and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
