E-SpaceArlington, TX

About The Position

E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems. E-Space is building a next-generation LEO satellite constellation and the supply chain to support it. As Program Supply Chain Manager, you will own the end-to-end Supply Chain / Procurement execution function — from subcontract formation / piece part purchase through to delivery performance and cost control — while providing direct program support across our active spacecraft & terminal development efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will build and manage a small procurement team, establish supplier relationships critical to our mission hardware roadmap, and operate with full FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance across U.S. government programs. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Industrialization and Program Management.

  • Experience leading competitive sourcing events, contract negotiation, and subcontract formation
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver supply chain content for proposals and executive briefings
  • Strong analytical skills: cost/price analysis, make/buy trades, supplier scorecards
  • Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or production environment
  • US Person status required (USC or LPR)
  • Experience in satellite or spacecraft supply chain — constellations, volume production, or mission-critical hardware
  • Background in procurement digital transformation, supply chain analytics, or ERP implementation

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with complex PCB assemblies, RF/microwave components, or electro-optical hardware categories
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP

  • Conduct structured supplier performance reviews; own corrective action plans for delivery and quality downturns
  • Build strategic partnerships aligned to E-Space product line roadmaps and operations scale-up requirements
  • Maintain supplier qualification records, audit findings, and risk registers
