About The Position

The International PBL Planning and Execution Team is seeking an Entry/Associate Level Supply Chain Specialist to join the team in Ridley Park, PA. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) for Government Vertical Lift Platforms. The International PBL Team is responsible for the success of International Support Programs for the H-47 Aircraft.

Requirements

Experience in Supply Chain
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
Experience with inventory management systems or database applications

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders in our ERP System.
Process material returned from customers.
Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the movement of repair carcasses and material required to support repairs to and from authorized repair sources.
Responds to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
Track performance to organization’s Key Performance Indicators and program specific targets.
Responsibility for accurate record keeping of customer assets.
