Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with mathematical optimization and commercial solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX).
- Hands-on knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Data Visualization Platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Experience in problem scoping, solution design, and process improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP/MES environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning and supply chain challenges.
- Translate business needs into structured analytical and optimization models.
- Apply optimization techniques to support data-driven decision making.
- Clearly communicate insights, scenarios, and business impact through concise narratives and visuals.
- Act as a bridge between business, data, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution.
