About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an Supply Chain Analyst - 100% REMOTE. The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet team objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to: managing import inbounds, including container tracking, confirmation of delivery, diversions, etc. The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed. Requirements

• Must be an independent worker
• Proficient in Excel
• Power BI experience
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI
• Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes
• Strong data analysis

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Inventory reviews and reconciliation
• Inbound container tracking and management
• Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
