Requirements

- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains detailed schedules.
- Prepare production plans and material requirements list in accordance with the Master Production Schedule, for products, proposal efforts and/or production processes.
- May coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules.
- May provide input to management regarding problems such as scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes and backlogs. Releases and maintains all appropriate paperwork.
- Opportunities to rotate within the Supply Chain and Operations discipline
- This program includes on-site roles and requires at least one rotation onsite.
- Cross functional learning across Supply Chain and Operations
- Networking between all Functions - Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance
- Assignment of a peer mentor/ on-the-job coach
- Project training and completion
