About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our manufacturing and distribution network. This role plays a critical part in driving large-scale transformation, operational excellence, and cost-savings initiatives, delivering meaningful value across the organization. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and support long-term strategic goals, including significant cost-savings targets. You’ll partner closely with internal leaders and external consultants to shape the future of our supply chain.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience managing moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics projects
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or distribution experience
Exposure to OPEX or transformation initiatives
Knowledge of SAP and OnePlan
Project management training and/or PMP certification

Responsibilities

Lead moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics projects from initiation through closeout
Partner with leadership to define scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and business cases
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results
Track milestones, risks, scope changes, and financial performance; communicate status and recommendations to leadership
Support manufacturing and distribution network planning aligned to cost savings and OPEX goals
Capture lessons learned and complete project closeout and reporting
