About The Position

As an ISC Project Management Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and oversee project management activities within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will ensure successful execution of projects that drive operational excellence and meet business objectives. Reporting directly to the site leader, you will work onsite at the Plymouth, Minnesota location. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and drive project timelines to deliver high-quality results supporting Honeywell Aerospace’s supply chain and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex projects within supply chain or aerospace environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools for planning and executing projects.
• Expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience with project management tools relevant to ISC operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• PMP or CAPM certification is required, with the applicable certification determined by position level and minimum certification experience requirements. Candidates who do not currently hold the required certification must obtain it within six months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected under U.S. asylum or refugee status) or have the ability to obtain export authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management/Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in project management or related work, preferably in aerospace or supply chain sectors.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within ISC to align with strategic business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to meet project milestones, deadlines, and site growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
