Requirements

• Significant experience with business intelligence in manufacturing processes, including creating custom reports.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-function team members and leaders for system implementation.
• Strong Project Management skills, including accurately identifying the scope of work, setting milestones and keeping internal customers updated on regular basis
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that can correlate to building and testing the systems and processes, e.g. evening and weekend work hours.
• Prior experience with implementation and or configuration of Supply Chain process flows.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience building custom reports from RealTrac ERP in a job shop environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Supply Chain team to play a key part in improving how we plan, monitor, and manage material flow throughout our operations.
• Assist with system setup, data validation, process documentation, and day‑to-day scheduling activities as the new platform is rolled out.
• Develop business‑intelligence tools and create customized reports that meet the needs of internal customers
• Gather requirements, design dashboards, and deliver insights that help teams make better decisions and maintain material availability
