About The Position

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to establish a new role in the US. This position will oversee operations for new projects awarded by both new and existing customers. The role involves serving as the primary customer interface for demand-supply status, understanding customer requirements, and liaising with cross-regional planners for material readiness. You will collaborate with Project Managers to provide material readiness insights and align material readiness with manufacturing capacity to optimize the build plan. This role also includes conducting data analysis for business decisions, developing and automating reports, and driving system tool development and process improvements within the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain Program Management.
  • Ability to serve as a primary customer interface.
  • Understanding of customer requirements.
  • Experience liaising with cross-regional planners.
  • Proficiency in material readiness simulation/analysis planning.
  • Ability to collaborate with Project Managers.
  • Skills in providing material readiness insights.
  • Experience coordinating with Manufacturing teams.
  • Ability to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity.
  • Experience in data analysis for business decision-making.
  • Experience with risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation.
  • Experience developing and automating reports.
  • Experience driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning, and presentation to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective.
  • Ensure precise and maximum customer commitment.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, thus optimizing the Manufacturing build plan.
  • Conduct data analysis for business decision-making, including risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation.
  • Develop and automate various reports, encompassing both internal and external business reporting needs.
  • Drive system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.
