About The Position

Hyve Solutions designs, manufactures, and delivers custom server, storage, and networking solutions for large cloud, social media, and enterprise customers. The Supply Chain Program Manager manages supply planning, sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment activities, working with customers, suppliers, ODMs, contract manufacturers, logistics and warehouse teams, and internal cross-functional partners. The role uses ERP/MRP systems and data-driven insights to support decision-making, maintain supply continuity, manage risks, report performance, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own demand planning and forecasting for raw materials.
Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate supply.
Source and manage suppliers and ODMs, including cost negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance tracking.
Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers (ODMs) to align demand, priorities, and fulfillment readiness.
Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory and drive mitigation actions, including internal reuse, supplier returns, and disposition strategies.
Conduct regular excess-inventory reviews with cross-functional teams and suppliers to mitigate financial exposure.
Coordinate supplier RMA processes and ensure timely closure of return and replacement activities.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delays, and track fulfillment progress.
Manage lead times, safety stock levels, and alternate sourcing strategies to support supply continuity and mitigate risk.
Maintain accurate material-status reporting and supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, PO cycle time, OTIF, and forecast accuracy.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.
Deliver regular supply chain performance reporting and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational excellence.
