The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain readiness, supplier execution, and cost optimization from initial concept through full commercialization. This role partners closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, governing supplier deliverables across the stage-gate (HIP) process, managing prototype sourcing and tooling strategies, and enforcing BOM cost targets to accelerate time-to-market while protecting margin targets. Beyond NPD, this role drives enterprise supplier capabilities through should-cost modeling, VA/VE, global standards, and multi-site planning, optimizing TCO while building a resilient, scalable supply chain.
