About The Position

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Fremont, CA, to oversee operations for new projects. This role involves serving as the primary customer interface, ensuring alignment on demand-supply status, understanding customer requirements, and liaising with planners for material readiness. The position requires close collaboration with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity and optimize the build plan. Responsibilities also include conducting data analysis for business decisions, developing and automating reports, and driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations related to new projects awarded by both new and existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning, and presentation to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective, ensuring precise and maximum customer commitment.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, thus optimizing the Manufacturing build plan.
  • Conduct data analysis for business decision-making, including risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation.
  • Develop and automate various reports, encompassing both internal and external business reporting needs.
  • Drive system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.
