About The Position

The Supply Chain Program Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. This role will direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Supply Chain processes, particularly in the Retail industry, and a logistics background. This position requires strong program management skills, including change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • 15+ years of program management experience with SAP and Supply Chain experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or third party systems program management with SDLC experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry in Planning.
  • Logistics background with Blue Yonder WMS or SAP EWM.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements.
  • Develop complete and thorough project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation.
  • Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts for senior management.
  • Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Lead change management.
  • Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives.
  • Adhere to and analyze project/program policies, processes, standards, governance, and metrics.
  • Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery, and expense reduction in projects.
