Supply Chain Program Manager - RIS Description - The Supply Chain Program Manager - RIS is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the management of NPI and sustaining activities for a RIS product line. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and leads the coordination of cross-functional teams in timely delivery of tasks critical to the project schedule. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, tracks progress against the established plans and drives best practices. Understand the unique technical requirement and market usage for retail point of sales system. Mitigate tariff impacts by evaluate best possible board design for the product. Responsibilities Represent the supply chain function during New Product Introduction (NPI) within the product development core team. Manage end-to-end supply chain activities throughout various product development phases, ensuring deliverables meet product launch dates. Coordinate with supply chain extended teams and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)/CM (Contract Manufacturing) partners for predictable launches. Lead cross-functional teams to execute program deliverables, meeting customer and business requirements. Develop and execute plans for timely product and program introductions, while identifying and mitigating risks. Education & Experience Recommended Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent. PMP/PMI certification preferred. 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management. Proficiency in project and program planning tools and software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills. Proven experience in managing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrixed teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and local language. Ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results effectively at senior management levels. Exceptional team and project management skills. Strong technical knowledge across multiple business units and understanding of emerging trends. In-depth understanding of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
