Requirements

10+ years of progressive and successful experience in a related engineering role.
B.Sc. in a relevant field.
Good technical understanding of designs and solutions.
Understands norms and regulatory requirements that are applicable for each project.
Good designing skills and utilization of latest design/drawing tools and processes.
Knowledge and understanding of KONE equipment offering, technical design, structure and details and of the technical strengths and limitations of products.
Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Successfully own and manage defined product, product area, and system.
Drive customer value creation by owning the development agenda.
Ensure desired cost levels, quality, reliability, competitiveness, time-to-market, and disturbance-free operational processes in each phase of the product lifetime.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail by carefully reviewing work, thoroughly analyzing information, and ensuring accuracy while identifying potential issues before they impact outcomes.
Remain results-oriented by staying focused on priorities, following tasks and projects through to completion, and consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
