About The Position
My client, a growing medical device company focused on musculoskeletal solutions, is hiring a leader to manage new product launches from concept to market. This role sits at the center of the business, working across product development, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain to bring innovations that improve patients' lives to reality, on time and on budget.
Requirements
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Comfortable coordinating timelines and communication across product development, marketing, finance, and manufacturing
- Skilled at vendor negotiation and sourcing / quoting processes
- Experience leading a team through complex, cross-functional launch programs
Responsibilities
- Manage new product launches, aligning commercial, financial, and operational plans
- Oversee supply planning, working with purchasing and vendors to build accurate timelines
- Lead make vs buy decisions, quoting, design for manufacturing, and vendor negotiations
- Manage market introduction plans from pre launch through post launch approval
- Track forecast versus actual sales for six months after each launch
- Lead a team covering project management, demand planning, and supply planning
Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 plus a $5,000 bonus
