About The Position

Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of sourcing events, compliance with policies and regulations, and optimization of cost structure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, process improvement, project management, and supply chain transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
  • Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide recommendations for opportunity based on analysis work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective in supporting strategic and tactical sourcing teams with process management required for sourcing waves.
  • Expertise in research methods and report creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Facilitating, team-building, strategic thinking, and process-driven skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvement projects that align with Supply Chain goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with functional leaders to understand business and process needs, issues and challenges and structures projects accordingly.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and functional leads to develop standardized playbooks for the Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Delivery processes.
  • Implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to Supply Chain staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking of all Supply Chain projects and compliance to all Supply Chain-related policies including but not limited to Supply Chain involvement, competitive bidding, purchasing approval, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
