About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and action-oriented Supply Chain Planner to drive the effective planning and flow of products across warehouses and retail locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. You will be responsible for analyzing data, generating forecasts. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team to forecast demand, manage inventory flow, and improve replenishment processes across stores and distribution centers. If you enjoy combining analytics, business thinking, and process improvement, this role offers strong growth potential and hands-on experience in a fast-moving retail environment.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, retail operations or analytics.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools Excel, SQL, R or Python with exposure to workflow and node-based platforms.
  • Experience with ERP systems or operational software
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with vendors

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with demand planning or forecasting concepts will be an asset.
  • Exposure working in the retail industry, logistics, supply chain would be an asset
  • ASCM/ APICS certification will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment decisions across stores and warehouses
  • Execute buy plans and manage purchase orders to support inventory and sales targets
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory plans based on changing customer demand
  • Help optimize stock allocation and inventory positioning across the network
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve supply chain processes
  • Maintain accurate delivery timelines and inventory visibility within ERP systems
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives, including warehouse efficiency and freight improvements
  • Contribute ideas that improve automation, reporting, forecasting accuracy, and operational visibility
  • Partner with Category Managers to support new product launches and promotions
  • Provide inventory updates for marketing campaigns and seasonal events
  • Work closely with purchasing, operations, logistics, and retail teams to ensure products arrive in a timely manner.
