About The Position

The Manufacturing team makes these ideas a reality so our products can be enjoyed by thousands of people around the world. The Supply Chain Planner will forecast at factories across three continents, ensuring timely delivery to customers and managing global finished goods inventory. This role is for a versatile person who is passionate about attention to numbers and detail.

Requirements

• Proven success managing supply chains across many borders.
• Understanding of the intricacies of inventory management.
• Value the customer experience as much as efficiency.
• Expert in Google sheets/excel and proficient in usage of databases (SQL).
• Superior organizational skills with utmost attention to detail.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to get results.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems.

Nice To Haves

• Life science, medical, or engineering degree.
• MBA or experience in a consulting role.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, regulatory, or product standards and compliance in industries like healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Familiarity with Tableau or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor & point person for problem solving & development within the planning group (for all planner & senior planner levels).
• Take outputs from S&OP to generate demand forecast for printers, resins and accessories across all our product lines and factories.
• Responsible for overall planning and scheduling of contract manufacturers to ensure that customers’ delivery commitments are met.
• Manage global finished goods inventory and safety stock.
• Help develop our supply network strategy and infrastructure to support our growth.
• Provide ad-hoc support and data analyses to teams across the organization as needed.
