About The Position

As a Supply Chain Planner II, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role involves planning material requirements and scheduling production to support customer satisfaction, creating and managing long-range raw material forecasts and procurement requisitions, and collaborating with Procurement to resolve material issues and maintain master data. You will also support IBP processes through demand planning, capacity analysis and long-range supply plans, lead S&OE meetings with clear reporting, analysis and follow-up actions, and work cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure production feasibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or STEM fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, continuous improvement or project management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including VBA, Pivot Tables and Lookups.
Experience with MRP/ERP or standalone planning software.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
