About The Position

The Supply Chain Planner & Continuous Improvement will play a critical role in ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting project execution through advanced planning and data-driven insights. This position combines traditional supply chain planning with analytical capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enable informed and real-time decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in construction or EPC environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and risk management principles.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and structured continuous improvement frameworks to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and forecasting models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Python programing specialization.
  • Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPIM, or CSCP are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for materials and components based on project schedules, lead-times, and historical data.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and project teams to align material requirements with construction timelines.
  • Create and update each Project Procurement Tracker to support site activities and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with site teams and logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Identify supply risks and with collaboration with key stakeholders develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Analyze supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects within the supply chain function.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs such as site schedule (plan vs actual), logistics tracking, inventory health, and supplier performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data visualization and reporting.
