About The Position

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist who is analytical, collaborative and proactive to join us in our Market Supply Chain operations team. This is a hybrid position that is based in our Oakville, ON offices. You will help maximize supply chain performance for the assigned market by supporting service levels, cost effectiveness, product launches, and delivery of medicines to patients. You will identify risks, improve processes, support compliant operations, and partner across teams to keep market supply reliable. You will work with local commercial leaders and colleagues across quality, regulatory, finance, global supply chain, information technology, and third-party logistics partners. Together, you will strengthen forecasting, distribution, systems, reporting, vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement across the market.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of supply chain or related experience
Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

Supply chain certification
Experience collaborating with commercial, quality, regulatory, finance, and logistics partners.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with demand planning, distribution, systems, or regulated operations.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, temperature control, and serialization.
Experience improving processes using data and stakeholder input.
Comfort working with enterprise planning and business systems.

Responsibilities

Manage local product order distribution and stock allocation activities.
Support demand forecasting, planning, launch readiness, and inventory risk management.
Improve business processes, data quality, and system functionality.
Analyze delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and improvement opportunities.
Support vendor meetings, audit readiness, and regulated supply processes.
Maintain process documentation and contribute to local projects.
