About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, material handling, logistics activities, and quality control processes. This role supervises Warehouse Technicians and contract personnel, providing coaching, performance management, and guidance to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five (5) or more years’ warehousing or business relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises Warehouse Technicians in performance of their duties ensuring the expected standards of job performance, discipline and safety are met.
  • Provides coaching to employees; participates in performance management discussions and in the selection process for staffing of future open positions.
  • Provide oversight in the execution of daily warehouse operations, including the handling of goods receipts, goods issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics, and quality control/assurance.
  • Coordinate contract employees responsible for the handling and processing materials and supplies, ensuring that the expected standards of job performance and safety are met as sites require.
  • Maintain high Health, Environment, Safety & Security (HES&S) standards; lead and participate in activities supporting HES&S commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and requirements related to warehousing and inventory control.
