About The Position

This role involves facilitating supply chain analysis to identify and recommend improvements for both new and existing processes. It includes scaling processes to standard methodologies across businesses and leading alignment across organizations. The position also focuses on identifying and driving operational improvements by proposing network-wide solutions to enhance supply chain health, working with external suppliers, and mitigating risks. The individual will influence, drive, innovate, and develop solutions to build and solve problems within supply chains.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in working in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation fields.
  • One year of experience leading cross-functional supply chain/logistics programs.
  • One year of experience working on and leading the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives.
  • One year of experience in data mining and data analysis.
  • One year of experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links.
  • One year of experience with analytical tools including SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.
