This role involves supervising data correctness in the Information System through auditing processes, analyzing products, flow materials, inventory, and scheduling methods to define the best data structure and settings according to Group recommendations. The analyst will ensure the interface for new product introductions, engineering changes, and end-of-life processes, review and update product data creation procedures, lead Material Change coordination meetings, and initiate the keying of new components and products in Supply Chain Information Systems. Additionally, the role includes creating and updating parts, bills of material, locations, packaging, and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems database according to local norms, customer requirements, and logistic protocols defined with suppliers. The analyst will also have regular contact with other departments outside the workgroup, participate in Cross-Functional Teams, and support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000.

Requirements

Supervise the data correctness entered into Information System by auditing process

Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams
Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000
