About The Position

The Supply Chain Manager role is responsible for setting direction, driving performance, and advancing continuous improvement across multi-site supply chains. You will play a critical role in leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), improving efficiency, and ensuring planning systems and tools support data-driven decision making across the business. In this role you will lead supply planning and scheduling operations across our Wisconsin, New Jersey, and Tennessee facilities. This role will be required onsite at our Sheboygan South - Tech Center office with flex options available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Planning (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning/scheduling, S&OP, or related areas within a manufacturing or CPG environment
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing mid-sized teams and leading projects
  • Strong experience in manufacturing environments preferred
  • ERP system experience required (JD Edwards preferred); experience with Logility tools is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Access, Power BI) and data modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and implement process improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CSCP, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Supply Planning and Scheduling teams across WI/NJ/TN, setting direction and monitoring performance against key metrics
  • Develop and implement dashboards and KPIs to improve cost, service levels, and asset utilization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers
  • Lead and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple plants, partnering with leadership to ensure alignment and execution
  • Identify and resolve production and raw material capacity constraints
  • Optimize materials management processes, including scheduling and raw material replenishment using best practices and standardization
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Support planning for new facilities or production lines to maximize asset utilization and customer service
  • Develop team capability through coaching, mentorship, and process improvement training
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain
  • Build and retain strong talent across planning teams
