This role involves developing and maintaining inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess/obsolete inventory, and prevent shortages. The manager will oversee inventory control and accuracy, analyze forecasts and trends to improve planning, and collaborate with various departments to ensure material availability and production continuity. Continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, inventory management, and system utilization are key. This position also involves managing ERP/MRP systems, identifying supply chain risks, and leading planning and inventory teams. Other related duties and projects as assigned.
