Supply Chain Manager (TPI)

TerraPower•Everett, WA

About The Position

The Supply Chain Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for building and leading the supply organization supporting TerraPower Isotopes’ growing radioisotope manufacturing operations. The role leads Shipping & Logistics, Procurement, and Warehousing, expanding the teams, systems, processes, and supplier relationships needed to support safe, reliable, and scalable production. It is a hands-on leadership position in a technically complex, highly regulated environment, supporting both cGMP manufacturing of radioisotope starting materials and non-GMP operations. The organization ensures the availability and control of manufacturing consumables, radioactive and hazardous materials, packaging, maintenance spares, equipment, and services, while reliably delivering time-sensitive radioisotope products to customers. The manager works across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Radiation Safety, Finance, and external suppliers and logistics providers to turn manufacturing and regulatory requirements into practical supply-chain solutions. The position normally involves prolonged computer work, along with material inspection and work supervision. The manager must be mobile enough to examine work sites and equipment, including climbing ladders and working around radiation. Travel is less than 10%.
