About The Position

The Supply Chain Manager - Clinical is a versatile role responsible for managing various clinical categories within the supply chain. This individual will work through categories sequentially, such as ortho, med/surg, and lab. Key responsibilities include leading Value Analysis presentations, conducting product evaluations, negotiating with vendors, and supporting savings pipeline development and tracking. The role requires the ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar categories and engage effectively with both surgeons and nursing leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years healthcare supply chain or clinical value analysis experience
• 3+ years managing clinical categories across MORE THAN ONE domain (e.g., both PPI and med/surg)
• Ability to engage both surgeons AND nursing leaders
• Comfortable researching unfamiliar categories quickly
• Versatile and fast-learning

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Analysis presentations and product evaluations across service lines
• Negotiate with vendors across a range of clinical product categories
• Support the PM with savings pipeline development and tracking
• Work through clinical categories one at a time (e.g., ortho, med/surg, lab)
• Handle PPI, med/surg, surgical, and lab categories
