About The Position

The Supply Chain Management Supervisor will be responsible for delivering information, reports, and support to internal/external customers, team members, and upper management in a timely manner. This role requires adapting to changes in workload and maintaining current working knowledge. The supervisor will also bridge communication between Navien and the parent company overseas, develop new methods for efficiency, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate works well both independently and in a team environment, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is sales data-driven, and remains focused in high-demand situations, balancing attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.

Requirements

Intermediate: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Ability to solve problems and provide analysis
Ability and willingness to learn and maintain technical product information and sales procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively connect data with colleagues
Works overtime as needed and as requested to complete job duties

Nice To Haves

Native proficiency in Korean is strongly preferred
Bachelor's/Bachelor's degree or related degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
Experience with CRM and SAP Resource Management programs

Responsibilities

Supervises team members, responsible for hiring, training, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and applying organization policy.
Manages product, parts, and accessory inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and supply continuity.
Develops and executes inventory planning strategies aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives.
Sources and procures locally supplied accessories while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Identifies, evaluates, negotiates with, and manages local vendors to ensure reliable supply and service performance.
Monitors inventory turnover, stock availability, and excess inventory, and implements corrective actions as needed.
Collaborates with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Analyzes sales, inventory, and market data to support business planning and executive decision-making.
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
Prepares monthly management reports and executive presentations with actionable business insight.
Supports annual business planning through analysis of market conditions, competitor activities, and economic factors.
Develops strategic recommendations based on ERP data, market intelligence, and financial performance metrics.
Communicates and collaborates with headquarters in Korea on business strategies, operational plans, and special projects.
Supports new product development projects by improving cross-functional communication and project coordination.
Leads and manages a team of 3–5 employees, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Builds strong working relationships across departments and fosters a collaborative team environment.
Manages multiple priorities effectively while adapting to changing business needs and deadlines.
Executes special assignments and strategic projects requested by executive leadership.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customers, competitors, products, and market developments.
Works independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.
