Supply Chain Management Finance Lead - P4 - (Hybrid)
About The Position
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Lead Financial Analyst to support our Leadership Team. In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. This position is listed as hybrid based out of Tucson, AZ but can also be located out of McKinney, TX or Andover, MA.
Requirements
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with SAP / PRISM / Business Warehouse / Power BI.
- Experience using other Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
- Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
- Coordinate with RTN Support Pool (Accounting) team regarding CER EACs.
- Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM.
- Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
- Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
- Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
