About The Position

Associates have the expectation to work on cross-functional team projects, research best practices, recommend improvements and implement processes that contribute to the overall success of PNC’s Supply Chain Management organization. Associates will spend 12-months in the development program with three rotations each lasting four months in the following areas: Supply Chain Management Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Enterprise Third Party Management. These areas will provide learning and experience around the entire Source to Settlement process including third party risk management, contract management and negotiation, procurement, and supplier automation and payment. The purpose of the Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) is to provide a strong, diverse, early career talent pipeline for the Supply Chain Management team. The SCMDP accelerates development by recruiting great talent and providing them with a strong foundation through on-the-job learning, coaching and mentoring, and formal learning programs. The Supply Chain Management Development Program is located in Pittsburgh.

Requirements
