About The Position

Support Navy-related projects and operations with a focus on military supply chain operations and/or management, data analysis, product support management, and support to acquisition program offices. Analyze data sets of all sizes to glean insights, detect trends, identify areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations. Apply technical and analytical skills to help navigate complex project requirements and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide insights and guidance that support decision-making and help achieve program objectives. Work in a collaborative environment supporting the Defense & Security team and Navy customer mission needs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ONE (1) or more years of experience working with DoD or Federal Agencies
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Navy and experience in Navy-related projects and operations
  • Experience with data analysis and using data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Technical skills and the ability to analyze complex information sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an acquisition or program office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Navy experience (preferably with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) or PAE Maritime or one of their program offices)
  • Experience with Sustainment Programs
  • Experience supporting a product support manager in an acquisition program office
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
