About The Position

AAM is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Supply Chain Co-op position. This role involves supporting the Plant Supply Chain Management team by reviewing and updating internal reports, improving reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with the resolution of supplier and customer issues. The co-op will also run projects as assigned, support physical inventory and cycle-counting processes, and work closely with other departments. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain/Business Administration Program
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Familiarity with basic supply chain principles required
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Graduation date of December 2026 or later preferred
• Prior work/intern/Co-op experience in Supply Chain/Business Administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Supply Chain Management team.
• Review and update internal reports to support consolidation of plant metrics
• Improve and streamline reporting process as possible
• Ensures the integrity of plant data and monitors all applicable reports
• Assists with the resolution of supplier and customer issues
• Run projects as they are provided by the SCM team
• Supports the annual physical inventory and cycle-counting processes
• Work closely with other departments within the organization
• All other duties as assigned
