Our TEAM is ready What impact you’ll make Partner with the GE Vernova business and HQ teams by bringing value through leading Supply Chain M&A due diligence & integration with a goal of improving GE Vernova’s Capital Allocation outcomes. This role will interact with a network of business leaders and M&A SME’s across GE Vernova to drive standard work & identify best practices around potential acquisitions and their integration into GE Vernova. You will establish and manage a Supply Chain M&A Playbook and tollgate process to allow for M&A excellence within the Supply Chain function. This role will support GE Vernova’s growth strategy, and drive impact by leading and shaping our approach to ensure our inorganic investment strategy is built to ensure our commitments deliver the results and ROIC (return on invested capital). The candidate will have global exposure to work across all functions and business lines to evolve the processes and daily work of our employees. The Supply Chain M&A Leader has a critical role to ensure we do so while leveraging lean principles, robust project management, data and documentation, and fostering strong partnership and collaboration with relevant stakeholders across our value chain.

Requirements

  • Degree in business management, supply chain, business operations, or finance from an accredited college or university discipline and 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of terminology & trends relevant for a global industrial business in the energy/industrial sectors.
  • Experience leveraging toll-gate processes in a supply chain and/or engineering environment.
  • Experience leading project management and operationalization – translating strategy into tangible actions and impact - from an global organization, preferably in an industrial and/or manufacturing space.
  • Transformational change leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement with functional, business and BD teams to manage a M&A Playbook and standard work around Supply Chain related due diligence and integration activities.
  • Report out to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities related to Supply Chain M&A.
  • Align with SCD Strategy, GEV Strategy, & segment/business contacts to ensure value drivers and risks for potential acquisitions are quantified and fully understood.
  • Point-of-contact on the SCD team to collaborate with SME’s in Corporate Supply Chain on all M&A activities.
  • Primary partnership with GEV BD team on potential acquisitions including Supply Chain modeling assumptions and due diligence.
  • Manage functional integration plans and resourcing up until “Day 1” while working closely with the “catching” business to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Foster continuous improvement by learning from previous and active acquisitions and adjusting the Playbook and standard work
  • Partner with rest of Capital Allocation team to drive priorities around Capex process, financial modeling, agentic transformation, asset management, and digital twins/simulation strategy.
