About The Position

Red Moon Marketing, founded in Charlotte, NC in 2002, provides full-service marketing support to global, national, and regional brands. Our work involves bringing complex marketing programs and brand activations to life, requiring strong coordination between internal teams, vendors, warehouses, transportation resources, and client partners. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the operational side of Red Moon Marketing’s events, activations, and client programs. You will work closely with our Operations team to help coordinate the movement, storage, organization, and tracking of materials, equipment, vehicles, and other company assets. This internship provides exposure to real-world supply chain and logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, shipping and receiving, asset management, vendor coordination, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This is a hands-on role for someone interested in learning how logistics and supply chain operations support large-scale marketing programs and events.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in hands-on warehouse and logistics activities.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
Interest in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or operations.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
Support warehouse organization, inventory management, and tracking of marketing materials and equipment.
Assist with preparing, staging, loading, and organizing materials for client events and brand activations.
Help coordinate logistics for company vehicles, trailers, and other transportation resources.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, shipments, and company assets.
Assist with receiving, inspecting, documenting, and properly storing incoming materials.
Help ensure materials and equipment are returned, accounted for, and properly stored following events and activations.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation, freight, deliveries, and vendor services.
Communicate with internal teams to understand project timelines and logistical requirements.
Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
Support the Operations team with additional projects and day-to-day logistical needs as assigned.
